A Husband & Wife Indiedev Duo!

Weekend PandaWe decided to live out an adventure, so in January 2018 we quit our regular jobs and started making games full time as Weekend Panda Games! Our third game, Corgis vs. Kittens, is set to launch alongside the first two releases The Death of Mr. Fishy and Panda and Penguin’s Puzzle Adventure. For 2018, we are focusing on mobile with the hope to expand from there to all sorts of games – physical and digital – if we can keep this going! It’s been wonderful to find so much support for our crazy attempt at a dream. 🙂 Check out our Website, game Fishy, and game Panda and Penguin!

Both Sides of My Table

Both sides of my table 2.jpgBoth Sides of My Table has started delving into the world of roleplay. Solo roleplay to be exact. The home page will firstly index links to all the solitaire/solo-playable games I review in the RPG genre & secondly list an invaluable wealth of links to a range of rather entertaining podcatsts & Twitch TV presentations. WARNING! This may involve the compulsory use of silly voices and fictitious costume wearing to help me “get into character” as I fully immerse myself in a solitary wandering through strange lands…https://bothsidesofmytable.com/role-play-solo-play-dd-more/

Playful Learning Advocacy

richard durhamThe interest in using playful approaches and games to support teaching has never been higher, or fraught with challenges in implementing it well! I’m a game and learning designer with experience helping translate between the worlds of games and education. If this is you, let’s chat! (just friendly chat; no pressure!) Being based in New Zealand means I’m used to remote conferencing and weird time-zones. And since most of the projects I work with are side-hustles, I understand the pressures of daily life and stalled-projects. I can be that nudge, to help you get things done! Reach out to: rich@wondertree.studio.
